Custom-engineered prefabricated piping for secondary loop coolant distribution. Designed in 3D, factory-assembled, and delivered ready for rapid on-site installation.

Every piping layout is modeled in 3D using Revit, SolidWorks, and Pipe Flow simulation software. Full clash detection and layout optimization are completed before any fabrication begins.
All piping modules are cut, welded, cleaned, and pressure-tested in a dedicated 24,000 m² facility. Prefabrication eliminates on-site hot work and reduces installation time by weeks.
92% automated welding rate across 12 robotic lines. Every weld undergoes non-destructive testing — including helium leak detection and liquid penetrant testing (PT).
Pipes are ultrasonically cleaned and nitrogen-pressurized in a Class 100,000 cleanroom. ASTM-standard acid pickling and passivation ensure long-term corrosion resistance and coolant purity.
Every assembly passes hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing. Flow uniformity is verified to ensure balanced coolant distribution across all branches.
Prefabricated modules arrive laser-marked with unique IDs for fast, error-free assembly. A 100-cabinet data hall can be fully piped and commissioned in 7 days.
